You have to check out Tesshin, a local gem just 0.1 km away, serving top-notch ramen that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, the room was super clean and had a shower with glorious water pressure that had me feeling like royalty after a day out exploring Tokyo.
I booked for two, but they only issued one voucher. Just a heads-up, if you're not into traditional Japanese breakfast options, you might want to find a nearby spot for a better start!

Tight room if you have large luggage!!! Heating issues made my stay uncomfortable!!! Limited TV programs with no English subtitles for movies!!! Check-in and check-out procedures need more flexibility!!!

The room was quite compact, which is typical for this type of accommodation, but we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Japanese-style sleepwear provided each morning. It was ideal for our short stay, given its proximity to various attractions like Kamata Hachiman Shrine and the convenience of local dining options. We had a fantastic experience exploring the area with the kids and made full use of the laundry facilities. Overall, it suited our needs perfectly while being just a short train ride from Haneda Airport.

The room was cozy and well laid out, providing a comfortable sanctuary for travelers. The spacious bathroom featured a lovely bathtub and a powerful shower, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
However, the air conditioning system struggled with temperature fluctuations, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable climate during the night.

The bathroom featured a lovely bathtub and a powerful shower.
I faced multiple inconveniences during my stay. The check-in policy was frustrating, as I had to pay extra for arriving just before the standard check-in time. To top it off, the location felt isolated, with limited dining options nearby. I was also disappointed that there were unexpected charges for checking out early, which seemed excessive for such a compact stay.

Good location near multiple train stations and plenty of dining options. The room had an excellent view over the city, while the bathroom was unusually spacious for this type of accommodation. Daily amenities were replenished, adding convenience. However, the room felt a bit cramped with luggage, and air conditioning led to temperature fluctuations that made it hard to stay comfortable. The heating system also needed adjustment, which detracted from the overall experience.

Solo Travelers, consider this spot!
The staff were helpful! They even went out of their way to help me out with directions to the train station and explained the ticketing system which was a huge relief for me. The free water bottles in the room were a nice touch, considering how dry it gets. Makes the whole experience better.
It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable for the location and amenities.

Perfect spot for a quick stay
I checked in late and did not want to leave! The room was super cozy, and I loved the shower – such good pressure. There’s a 7-11 really close for quick snacks, but they charged me for a late check-out, which felt a bit too much. Still, great value for a last-minute stop.
